1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Wunderlist (the "App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.

2. License Grant

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download, install, and use the App on iOS devices that you own or control, solely for your personal, non-commercial use.

3. App Description

Wunderlist is a reminder and task management application that provides:

• Creation and management of reminders and tasks
• Project organization and categorization
• Tags, flags, and priority settings
• Due dates, times, and repeat functionality
• Local notifications for reminders
• Optional iCloud synchronization across your devices
• Widget support for quick access
• Attachment capabilities for files and images

4. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Use the App in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations
• Be responsible for the security of your device and Apple ID
• Maintain backups of important data
• Not reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
• Not use the App for any unlawful or prohibited purpose
• Not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the App
• Not remove or alter any copyright, trademark, or proprietary notices

5. iCloud Synchronization

If you choose to enable iCloud synchronization:

• Your data will be stored in your personal iCloud account
• You are responsible for managing your iCloud storage space
• iCloud sync is subject to Apple's terms and conditions
• We are not responsible for iCloud service interruptions or data loss
• You can disable iCloud sync at any time through the App settings

6. Data Backup and Loss

While we strive to ensure data integrity, you acknowledge that:

• You are responsible for maintaining backups of your important data
• We are not responsible for any data loss that may occur
• Data loss may occur due to device failure, software bugs, or user error
• We recommend regularly exporting important data

7. Intellectual Property

The App, including its design, features, functionality, and content, is owned by us and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You do not acquire any ownership rights by using the App.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that:

• The App will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free
• Defects will be corrected
• The App is free of viruses or other harmful components
• Results from using the App will be accurate or reliable

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES RESULTING FROM:

• Your use or inability to use the App
• Any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any data stored therein
• Any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from the App
• Any bugs, viruses, or other harmful code
• Any errors or omissions in content or data loss

10. Updates and Modifications

We reserve the right to:

• Modify, update, or discontinue the App at any time without notice
• Add or remove features
• Change the App's functionality
• Release updates that may require acceptance of updated terms

Continued use of the App after updates constitutes acceptance of any changes.

11. Apple App Store Terms

Your use of the App is also subject to Apple's App Store Terms and Conditions. In case of conflict between these Terms and Apple's terms, Apple's terms shall prevail with respect to your use of the App Store.

You acknowledge that:

• These Terms are between you and us, not Apple
• Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for the App
• Apple is not responsible for addressing any claims relating to the App
• Apple is a third-party beneficiary of these Terms

12. Termination

These Terms are effective until terminated. Your rights under this license will terminate automatically if you fail to comply with any of these Terms. We may also terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time without notice. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the App and delete it from your devices.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the appropriate courts.

14. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that these Terms shall otherwise remain in full force and effect.

15. Entire Agreement

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding the App and supersede all prior agreements and understandings, whether written or oral.

16. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting in the App or on our website. Your continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the modified Terms.
